How it works
Contact Us: The first step is to provide us with the information we need to design your logo**. (e.g. lead time, special colors, etc.) The more information we have the better the final result. Unlike other sites, we do not use pre-made software to design your logo, all of our logo designs are custom made.
Processing your request: After our initial contact, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation. If any information is missing or we have further questions, we'll let you know at that time. Then, we will start working on your design.
Design Drafts: Your first draft of your logo designs will be completed within a few days. The number of samples will be dependent on many factors but we will provide you with at least two design drafts for you approve or change as you see fit. These samples will be uploaded to a secure site accessible only by the you.
Revisions: Once you have gone through the draft samples pick one to be improved. The number of revisions we will make to your design will be reasonable to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Feel free to make any revisions throughout the process.
Logo Design Approval:
When you e-mail us your approval, we will send you a package with your high resolution (300dpi) logo in all major graphic formats (JPG, PNG, TIF, etc.) including a PDF document with a worded description of your logo design and a chart listing the exact CMYK, RGB and HEX color values utilized in your logo. You will retain all rights to finalized logo designs regardless of the media. Your finalized logo will be suitable for letterhead, business cards, t-shirts* and other apparel* which we can provide for an additional charge.
*No minimum quantity required for apparel items.
**Every case is different, however most logos can be completed for under $150.
