Do I need to hire a "local" website designer or web developer? No. We create content for local, national and international clients. With communication via telecon and email, it is easy to communicate effectively with clients in any location.

Can I use my logo for something other than the website? Absolutely. You wholly own the rights to your designed logo. The logo we design for you will be of a high resolution (300dpi) quality that will be suitable for letterhead, business cards, t-shirts or other apparel that we can provide for an additional cost.

How long does it take to have a website designed and developed? The time frame will vary by the size and the type of content needed for your web site. Other factors to consider are the complexity of your site design and our current client design schedule.

How long does it take to have a logo designed and developed? The time frame will vary by the number of revisions and complexity of the design. Normally draft designs can be developed in a few days.

What is a Domain Name? Do I need one? How can I get one? A domain name is a specific web site name that you choose and register for a specific time frame. It is probably a good idea to have a domain name if you are running a business, organization or club. Otherwise, you might not need one. We can register a domain name for you on your behalf or you can purchase your own at any number of places.

Do you host web sites? Not currently. We currently provide web and logo design services for your business, club, organization or government agency.

Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting? Absolutely!

What is web hosting? Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. Unfortunately, we do not provide web hosting for our clients.

What is site maintenance? Maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. This fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back.

Do you offer any type of discounts? Yes, we offer discounts for schools, non-profit organizations and retired/active duty military personnel.

Why can't I find my web site in the search engines? We provide site optimization services to get you the best possible placement on the most popular search engines and webcrawlers (Google and Yahoo). Once your site has been submitted to the two top search engines they may require several weeks, or even a month to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. We suggest you use a guaranteed search engine submittal for the fastest listing possible.
